Delete account

Open Community → Settings → Delete account. Request a fresh code at your account email address, then confirm deletion using that code. Your sessions end and your membership data is removed. Deleted comments may leave an empty placeholder so replies remain understandable. You can export your data first in Settings. Further help is available on the existing Moraira.info privacy and data deletion pages.

Deleting your account also removes your profile picture, saved Cleo conversations, summaries and memories. You can delete conversations or memories individually without deleting your account. Switching memory off does not delete saved history; use the relevant delete function for that.
